Here is a good one: You "Can" Win! You must kill ourumov with a rocket launcher 100 times without getting killed by any player that is Ourumov.

Highly unlikely. If there are rocket launchers as required it won't happen. Even if that Ourumov you're trying to get that achievement from is an utter noob, he will kill you sooner or later at least once because he can use rocket launchers too, meaning it can't be done unless farmed (achievement trading like in TF2)with another player = fail.

Achievements need to be less arbitrary and more purposeful.

For me achievements should fullfill at least one of the following:
- requireing the player to do something extraordinary, that serves no purpose but is fun doing (
DAT Collector or DAT Lover
Criteria: Find every DAT in the game.
)
- requireing the player to do something extraordinary, that is a challenge in itself, being a hardmode of some sort (Shaken But Not Disturbed)
- requireing the player to do something (maybe even extraordinary) that teaches the player how to be good at the game (Why Won't You Die)

If oddjob's hat ever becomes a weapon in this mod we shall need a achievement such as kill 10 people in a single round which will be call Flawlessly "Bowlered"

Going through the topic, i think these are pretty original and deserve another mention (especially Quad Kill and Plastique Surgery).  Modified my old ones slightly because they entailed an enormous amount of repetition.  I think Mangley's could be lowered to 10-25, but that's his decision.  I'll attempt to make some icons for mine tonight, which should turn out well.

Just curious as to what happened with this one, if it was impossible to code for or it didn't get done due to time constraints. 

Also, after re-watching Live and Let Die, I read up on the song name the announcer introduces Samedi with as he performs his voodoo Dance of Death.  Since The Man Who Cannot Die is already taken, I was thinking that "may" be a better name for the achievement if its still on the table.

We still need more weapon based achievements, with Agent, Secret Agent, and 00 Agent.

The ones we lack are Slappers, Hunting Knife, Throwing Knife, DD44 Dostovei, Cougar Magnum, ZMG, D5K Deutsche, Shotgun, Auto Shotgun, Grenade Launcher, Grenade, Golden Gun, and Tazer Boy.

Some suggestions for names could be:
"Pinball" - Grenade Launcher (considering how it bounces)
"Don't Taze me Bro" - Tazer boy
"Knife Juggling" - Throwing Knives
"Meet the Wild Life" - Hunting Knife

Also, achievements for the DD44 could start at 44 kills, and the Cougar Magnum could have one at 357.

I once posted names for most of the weapons. I know this is an extremely late response but I can find them if you'd like.

Wow I like where these gameplay based achievements are going.

With gameplay events they are also possible!

I will start a new thread with specific focus on gameplay achievement for v4.2
