Updating the server for 5.0's release?

Hi GE:S team,

SovietSpaghetti and I would like to know what the necessary requirements will be for keeping our server updated, up, and running for the next release so it'll be noticeable and able to play on.

Also, how would we go about adding custom maps and possibly tickers in-game? For the custom maps, we've tried adding some in the past, and if no one had downloaded it from the direct download link online, they wouldn't be able to play unless they had the map or it was switched to the default ones.

Where on the FAQ page?
I do not see any reference to updating a 4.2.4 server to 5.0.
