Some pistols do lower damage than the machine guns. The reason you may be getting killed from pistols really fast is how the other player is aiming. Let's say for instance you're charging in at a player with an RCP90. A skilled player can dodge your rain of fire and just keep picking health off of you by constant headshots. IT all depends on skill. Any weapon can take down a player with the right concentration and know how. But since you did request a list of damage for pistols ill list it for you! =)
• Golden Gun - Extremely High Damage, one shot kill, but you need to place your shots.
• Gold PP7 - Very High Damage, usually can kill with 1-2 headshots depending on how far.
Body Shots would be about 2-3
• Silver PP7 - High Damage, can kill in 2-3 headshots and can penetrate through thin walls or doors.
Body Shots would be about 3-4
• Cougar Magnum - High Damage, can kill in 1-2 headshots depending on health and armor. Highest penetration level.
Body shots would be 2-4
• DD44 - Medium Damage (I say medium for this one because of the recent update with the invuln system. It affected this gun) Can kill in 3-5 headshots.
Body shots would be 4-6
• PP7 - Low Damage, can kill in 4-5 headshots.
Body shots would be 5-6
