WB Invalid Steam User ID Ticket

Yesterday a friend of mine reported he was having this issue.  I had him delete clientregistry.blob, restart steam and it still didn't work.  Next I had him delete everything but Steam.exe, steamapps and friends, restart steam and it did the same thing.  I went ahead and tried my GE:S and I'm also experiencing this.

Welp i'm getting the same error trying to play GE:S and i've did everything troy said above. Valve! you better get your act together.

Yeah tried to help someone on Facebook with same issue yesterday.

It happens on servers that are VAC protected, I was able to play on a server without getting that error and it wasn't VAC protected, all the other servers that were would give me that error, so maybe VAC is having a problem.
