Nice one. Thanks to everyone who was involved in any way in the making of this patch. Let's hope no more major bugs will pop up after this

Thanks for the quick update to 4.2 but how long do you think it will be before the game controller bug is fixed?  I heard 4.2.1 does not address this.  I use a controller and mouse and I've never been comfortable using a keyboard to move in pc games so this bug kills GES for me.

Someone please help!

Controller Bug? Xbox 360 controller works perfect for me, what controller do you have?

I did use a 360 controller but I beat that thing to death.  I now use a Logitech Rumblepad Dual Stick Controller.  Have you installed 4.2.1 already cuz I have not?  So you are saying in 4.2 you havent seen any issues like I mentioned?  I'll go buy another 360 controller if that will do it.

I never saw any post about a controller bug. Either way it has nothing to do with our mod, what you describe sounds like a windows driver issue.

Looks like my controller was going bad cuz this new 360 controller works fine. Thanks for your help.

Great work, waiting for a fix for the ureadeable text (in the Polish version), I thought VGF was gonna fix that... waiting for 4.2.2...

Fixed: apparently i had 2 hl2.exe open witch can result in what i was complaining about.
