[VALVE UPDATE] ATTENTION README **FIXED**

I started up an un-updated server (up-to-date 7 February) and it runs fine, the only problem is you still can't connect to it due to the Steam key size error.
Could be that all the servers going on out there are listen servers?

posted a bug and a Fix, i think this patch should fix All dedicated server problems currently other then the linux problems.
