Thanks for the information, keefy. It sure sounds like a great idea, but probably we should not start with the top of the line, like the RCP90 or the AR33, just to make thing a bit more challenging.

great game mode, had a lot of fun when i tried it.

Just a few things that could be improved:
the looser of a round should get a new weapon, not only the winner.
sometimes there are also TK's while the other team comes with rifles.
IMO the teams should start with equal weapons, not the best not the worst somewhat average.
Everytime a team wins, they will be downgraded and the loosers upgraded in the weapons category.
Same if there are no teams (idk if this is just a team based mode), winners will get weaker weapons loosers stronger ones.

I agree with starting high and ending low.. in my cs 1.6 GG Server it's set to start out like this:

Rifles with scopes(easiest)
rifles(ak - m4)
SMG
Shotgun
Pistols
Nade/Knife

That's the best way i've seen it done (thanks to me ) so maybe keeping the format for this.. seems practical?

That format you mentioned is practical and it will be a lot of fun if most players get to the end only with grenades. Now you imagine from here on what would happen.

gun game is more a individual game. Starting from easiest weapons to hardest means the new people can advance a couple of levels with out being but raped by the pros.

I still have a bit more work to do on it as well.

i see it from high to low easier.. easier to get ak kills then a pistol

Was pretty fun. There are bugs, but with a little time could be very fun. Klobb should really like rite above slappers/knife. And goldenpp7/GG should be one of the first guns(if going by Gungame-esk rules of powerful to least powerful).

I bet the order of gun is : klobb > pp7 > DD44 > Cougar magnum...

I'd go with major's, but switch the "kf7" with the "auto_shotgun". Having 2 shotguns in a row would feel odd to me.

Ok on the server now. I changed it to make nade second last as normal gungame is.

Its an aust server, once the patch is out there will be other servers.
