Let me answer this one... uhh, hmm. Thats a good question...

Valve has the tools in place but keeps them locked.  When they first did the OB updates to the SDK the compiler listed Windows, Linux and XBOX as builds.

If that ever opens up, which I assume it wont because XBOX gets no money out of MODs..  it would technically possible.  So for now the answer is Ni!
