Simply whether it is possible to have a weapon in each hand?

If no!

Will it have on the beta 3?? ;D

Dual weapons you mean? Yes its possible, and we are adding it. Wouldn't be goldeneye if we didnt. However dualies wont be in Beta 3 for technical, and gameplay issues.
