After spending weeks tinkering with particle systems I started designing a new weather system for GE. My apologies for not being able to find a way to overwrite the mods default particle_manifest.txt file using a .RES file. Please download the zip file, open it, and OVERWRITE AND REPLACE everything it asks you to. *Note* This will not harm your existing installation and only adds necessary data so the game can use this new particle system.

**I WILL EVENTUALLY MAKE SEVERAL OTHER VERSIONS RANGING FROM LITE TO BLIZZARD WHEN I GET MORE TIME THAT WILL ALSO CONTAIN SOME DIFFERENT SNOW MATERIALS FOR MORE VARIETY**

If you guys could please test this on any other dedicated servers and POST how you made it work on them please. I cannot get it to load in my Jest Server so let me know if that's the issue!!!!

Hi. Thanks for another great work. The ge_surface_III.vmf file that is inside the gesource/maps folder would not have this in the materials/vgui/maps folder?

VMF file is so you can load the decompiled map in hammer and use whatever you need  ;)
