there's a guy in the game that many of us agreed upon is a hacker or using some sort of mod.  He gets several headshots in a row before dying, with a single shot each time.  He takes multiple clips to kill, and usually ends with a score something like 65 kills to 4 deaths, every single time.  How do we call vote kicks?  and how do we ban and not allow members like this one to do this? This player goes by the name of twitch.tv/everythingtwitch, something like that.  I'm sure other players have seen him before too.

65-4 at the end of a match is not even that good.

That Twitch account is fake so either you got it wrong or he's using a fake one. You can't call vote kicks unless the server has an admin around to call it or the plugin is set so normal players can call it.

Someone taking multiple mags to drop could know the map well enough to stock up on armor consistently.

Camping an armor spot doesn't take much effort either especially if you luck out on weapons.

Veterans know how to use the map to their advantage, armor and weapons are usually placed conveniently to a player's advantage and if one knows how to abuse them they can completely wipe out repeatedly a server filled with new and moderate players.
If you wish to report a hacker, please record a demo file (or a video) spectating the suspect and send it to one of the team members in private message for review. We unfortunately can't take a decision if we don't actually see some footage.

IMPORTANT : Make sure you write in the command "status" in the console before ending the recording to provide a Steam ID.

Dr.no mode or no Bodyarmor exist. LTK is hell fun as some part. you seems to face up against someone with advantage play, it suck but everyone can do that too.  you just need to be on point for that.
