Possible GE:S Cheater to watch

Hi GE:S Team,

So I was speaking with tR.StyleZ and he mentioned something about a hacker online. I've been playing GE:S since late 2009 so hackers naturally wouldn't move the same as a normal player. In this video, the hacker's name is "tune". It seems like he has Aim Assist or something on, to the point to where he does complete 180s and spots someone impossible to spot twice. He won 30 Kills, 0 Deaths.

Please PM me their Steam ID.

Whilst we don't tolerate unsubstantiated hackusations in the community what you have provided here is a clear cut case of aimbotting as far as I am concerned - and a good example to others of how to report cheaters. But please report through private channels in the future.

When you record someone as blatant as him, make sure to link to their Steam Profile or type in status in console at the end of the recording so we have a clear shot at the Steam ID, there was a thousand people called "tune" when we searched up.

Is it possible for the team to keep a comprehensive list of cheaters? Would be super cool if you guys hosted a document that we can curl down to our servers ban list.

We're going to discuss internally how we approach this but we're definitely tracking the issue. There are some possible measures that can be taken on our end.

I heard something said about Cheat Engine by one of the guys in the server today when this "tune" guy was discussed. Seems he's been popping on and off. Any ideas?

About cheating, I got a strange experience recently, but I don't know if there was just a bug or if the other guy was cheating.
The problem was he was invincible for real (and not only because he was playing with the “Boris” persona  ;D ).

During almost the whole match, we were playing 1v1 on the egyptian level, so every time the guy named “FÜHRER ADENAUER” killed me, he received many damage from me (close range shotgun hit, headshot Cougar Magnum hit etc.). So, if he killed me 20 times, he probably received from me ~30 Shotgun and Cougar Magnum hit, some headshot.

Another guy joined the game (andychapman101), only 22 seconds was necessary to me to find and kill “andychapman101” with the Cougar Magnun, but I was not able to kill “FÜHRER ADENAUER” at least one time.

You know, there is no health regeneration in GE:S, and it was on my own server so I know there is no health regeneration at all, so how a player can survive to more than 30 hits, including shotgun and cougar magnum hit, without dying?

He probably just kept taking armor. It's easy to get no deaths on 1v1s if the skill gap is huge. I don't think there's a god mode hack.

Administrators on our Australian GE:S service have witnessed and documented a Speed Hacker - We've since added this person to the banlist.

I do make the suggestion though to make the server administration wiki more readily available as for new server admins might be difficult trying to find the right commands, configs and the right method for going about banning.
