Forced Team Deathmatch with Bots

i tried creating a game with bots (around 10) for free for all deathmatch but now everytime i try to do it it automatically becomes
team deathmatch?

Uncheck "Prefer Teamplay" in the server options when creating a new game. Also, make sure ge_teamplay is set to 0 in the console.

This is map dependent. In 5.0 going above recommended player counts in maps will prompt teamplay but this behaviour can be disabled.
