Moonraker Lazer is too slow

there is a major problem with this weapon the lazer is supposed to be a spam weapon not a rifle. Even in the Moonraker movie the weapon was faster than this.  So the Lazer need to be faster but not as fast as it was...

We discussed this in-game.

As I mentioned, I have an idea for making Moonraker more dynamic, but it has not been coded.  This is a stop-gap measure until it gets better.

Not broke, just Gimp. As VC said, when we get the dynamic code in place it will be much better. Until then, aim your shots! The laser beam is still just as deadly...

Yeah we did talked about it a lot in-game and I don't mind helping out but I'll stay on the sidelines...

Yeah I kind of over stated broken just needs a tune up that's all...
