Hurrican Earl
« on: September 03, 2010, 02:52:39 am »

Man i remember in 1992, Hurricane Bob clearly ripped our storm door and flown it down our street hill in Somerset, MA. Our closet was leaking with water. Basically our house was going ape shit due to the wind speeds.

Now we have Hurricane Earl who wants to rape the North East.  Its been a while we haven't had any tropical storm. I would prob take my shirt off and stand in the weather outside while its pouring and wind gusts of 100MPH.

You know, to really make this storm die, just grab a fucking golden gun, aim steady at the eye of the hurricane and press the trigger. The fucking hurricane will instantly vanish and get killed. If Trevelyan can die by one shot with a GG... then Earl should too..

I wonder if you can pour salt in a hurricane and thing either slows the wind speeds or kills the hurricane hmmm.

I'm currently debating whether I should stay on Long Island near my school and study throughout the weekend for an exam on Tuesday, or go back home to Jersey for the weekend where its more in-land to play it safe.

I think a nuke could stop a hurricane...

I can sell that idea to Hollywood, nobody copy it.

The only natural threat of any kind around here is the rare twister, and even those aren't that big and are always way out of town.

I'll stick with my cold winters.

I <3 Earl. Gave me 5 hours of MUCH needed surf time this Thursday with decent waves. They were overhead and glass! So much fun!!

Here is some pics from Folly Beach of Charleston, SC (~1 hour south of me)

And here is one from Holden Beach (~45 minutes north of me)

Thanks again Earl, and Gaston, I'm sorry to see you go. I had high hopes for you :'(
