[BUG] You Can't Win (Achievement)

Has anyone unlocked this one? I have won YOLT a couple of times now using only DD44/Ourumov.
Also I did pick up other weapons and they auto switched but I did not fire them at anyone. Does that affect the rules?

It's broken. Fixed in v4.1 expect to achieve it next patch.
