All Textures Missing?!

In every map I have tried, it's ALL wireframe, black/pink checkers, and giant red ERRORs. I installed the latest exe and ran the latest patch. I tried reinstalling multiple times and restarting my computer/steam. Nothing works. Any solutions?

We should really clean up that download page..  I don't think we should even have a patch up at this point..   only full installer.

It gives us download figures people can see. I cleaned up the naming protocol to be much clearer we want folks to download the full 3.1.4 installer! Which should suffice until desura comes into the mix. :)
