If i install Beta 1.1 with Beta 3.1.4 already installed,Beta 1.1 will unistall Beta 3.1.4?

As its the same folder name... yes.

Just get the server files for beta1.1h and manually install it and rename the folder something else.. like gesource1.1 or something.
