Sick of the heat these days? check this out
« on: July 18, 2009, 03:01:40 am »

Im in Rhode Island and the temp is fucking 80 degrees f here. At night like right now its 68. Im freaking dead hot even though the fan is running.

Some dude made this diy ac

http://www.gmilburn.ca/2005/06/15/geoffs-original-homemade-air-conditioner/

This is pure genious, and im gonna make that. Once I finish it, ill post a picture .

Good luck beating the heat. I dont wanna turn our AC on and get a $40000 electric bill or that quadrillion bill lol.

I don't know what "80" is. (Nor do I feel like looking it up...)

Quite the awesome setup he's got there.
That's thinking smarter.

80 degrees... Man, you got me cared since we work with Celsius this side of the Atlantic! But according to lodle's conversion I call that a very nice temperature... Sometimes in some regions in my country it gets as hot as 323 Kelvin...

Well then.
pffft. I don't even have AC, which makes my room being in direct contact with sunlight a real bitch, 'specially when it's 30 C.

The ceiling and regular fan only do so much...
