Well the idea is just to tone the extremes down/up a slight notch, respectively.

GE007's Klobb is superior to GE:S's.

Yes on 2. 

While standing still the other day in a map with my friend, he emptied an entire Klobb clip at me, and every bullet went stray of my face (which is where he was aiming).  It could definatly use a bit of a accuracy boost while sighted (and paintball mode confirmed this upon further review of his suspicion).

yes on 1. RPC needs to be nerfed down, it takes away the fun when noobs-spammer are around.

no on 2. I like the KLOBB-LOL feeling. Klobb must stay as crap as possible.

My exact thoughts too.

I like the idea of instead of having *BAM BAM DEAD* with the RCP-90 deathbeam instead having *BAM-pause and get the chance to defend yourself-BAM DEAD*.  That's one of the many reasons I love GE64 multiplayer. It's balanced. (Well of course so is beta 3 with the exception of the RCP-90 and the Gold/Silver PP7s IMO) I can get shot in the head, and slide into another room the get a CMag headshot as the guy runs in (As long as that useless auto aim is off).

Bleh. I'm rambling again.

I am acting positively on both measures.

KM knows what to do to effect my RC-P90 fix, so that should be taken care of.
Klobb will get attention when we get around to weapons testing for Beta 4.

Off topic: I bought a new sheet of teflon because my current one is too small for my mouse-pad needs.  I wound up getting the one that had an insect on it when it went through the machine.  I guess I'll turn that side against the table.

yes to both.

RCP-90 although fun to play because of damage, it is just a little too much as it tends to be the gun everyone goes for cause of the damage.

Kllobb, that gun is just terrible...a accuracy buff should be granted a little. Although the kllobb is meant to be terrible, it seems a little TOO terrible in GES. HOWEVER, IT SHOULD STAY THE WORST GUN. Just not at much as it is now. :)
