Can't you just extract them with GCFScape?

You don't even need GCFScape. Just go to your gesbeta1_1/sound/music folder and all (or at least most of them) will be right there.

No, I think he was talking about the classic bunker and classic frigate music also, which I believe were pakratted into the .bsp files, and the OST, which is from the wiki, and the \sound\music folder.
