Solution: Use Sourcemod and Ultimate MapChooser 3!

No there is not currently, but you can create a "random" map cycle file and just use that

I will add this to the bug tracker since it is an easy fix

Ah ok, fair enough! I tried using Sourcemod's randomcycle feature to try and do this but it isn't working...(I already posted on their forums about it, though). Thanks for the prompt reply!
