In the UK, baby passports can be void if the baby is smiling or has a shiny head in the photograph.

Yeah, there are some really stupid and arbitrary laws out there.

It just paves the way until THE MARK OF THE BEAST! OMG! like RFID chips implanted with debit accounts. FYI-the US Army experimented with UV Barcodes well before any of us were born on volunteers. Clean up on aisle 5, please. Supposedly there are programs within the NSA that red flag certain terms in wired communications. This is all conspiracy and not as mainstream as the no smile zone at the DMV for facial recognition..

This is one of many US government programs implemented in the guise of Homeland Security awhile back.
