add -novid to the command line parameters of the game

Via steam: Right click game, hit properties, type -novid in the box, press OK
Via shortcut: Right click shortcut, hit properties, type -novid at the end in the "Target" box

P.S. - The FX line of cards are notoriously shitty. I definitly suggest an upgrade, you are about 7 years out of date.

In Steam right click on Goldeneye: Source, click Properties, then click on Set Launch Options, type -novid and click Ok.

There is absolutely no way we can help you further with the information you provided.

This is not a goldeneye source bug.  The only other suggestion I can make is to completely reinstall your graphics drivers.

Hey man, you're welcome. I don't mean to be so terse, but the release coming up is sucking our time away :-D
