bonjour a tous!!
j'aimerai partager une idée avec certains développeurs qui pourrai être intéréssés par mon projet suivant: obtenir le mod goldeneye source en solo qui retrasserai toute l'histoire du jeu sur nintendo64 dans les moindres détails avec biensur comme plateforme et les graphismes half life 2 .
je serai trés heureux que cela puisse aboutir un jour comme beaucoup de fan ici présent .

C'est logique qu'on a fait le mode multiplayer avant solo, parce qu'on peut tester l'implémentation et nous pouvons déjà jouer. Si on avait decidé de faire solo avant, ca durerait plus longtemps et étant donné qu'on a besoin des beaucoup des choses de multiplayer pour le mode solo, c'était donc le meilleur choix. ;-)
(Mais, comme Mangley déjà dit, c'est pas sûre si solo va exister)

It's logical that the MP is made before the SP mode because the implementation can already be tested and we can already play. If the decision had been the other way around it would have taken more time and given that many things from multiplayer are also needed for SP, the decision made was the superior one. ;-)
(Although, as Mangley said, it's not 100% sure if there will be SP)

Active developers is one area that a mod of so many years also must tackle. SP would required more work without having seen any public response. I highly doubt we'd have lasted this long as a community and likely our first release would have taken 4 years on its own, been only a few levels complete, and may not have been a good SP experience made. So much trial and error over how the game would play on PC was done through the MP testing platform in the public.

Our path is our path and IMO it's a great forumula. It's why KM is here, its why the LD guys are here, it's why the 3D guys are here, and the music would certainly never have been upon the world in the same way as a SP mod. If just for that alone (the music) we have done the original such justice having those 3 artists give the world standalone tracks to rival and smash any in the bond universe of games :P
