Does anyone know if the radar easter egg on Dam affects all the players on the server or just the player who caused it?

If you mean the monitor that you usually plant a covert bug on it, it's client-sided so only the player that destroys it sees the message.

Yep, that's the one. In addition to the message that flashes up on your screen, the radar map in the corner of the screen disappears when you blow it up. I was thinking it might come in handy if it impacted other players. Too bad it only handicaps you.
