Title: Strage error message with server

I am currently trying to get GE:source 5.0.1 working on Ubuntu server and I am getting this weird error that I have not seen before. http://pastebin.com/zEs34SiY I followed all instructions carefully and I am using the 5.0.1 full linux server install. From what I can tell it can find some files but not others. I honestly can't make sense of it.  What am I doing wrong here?

Currently I am trying to run this as a lan server on ubuntu server 16.0.4.  I do have everything on my home directory.

Currently this is my update string
~/gameserver/util/steamcmd/steamcmd.sh +login anonymous +force_install_dir ~/gameserver/ +app_update 310 +quit

I put the GE:souce files into
/home/sysoper/gameserver/gesource

And my launch string is
cd ~/gameserver/
./srcds_run -game gesource +maxplayers 16 +map ge_archives +ip 0.0.0.0 +ip 172.30.4.26 -port 27015 +sv_lan 1 -console -usercon
