Title: Change Weaponsets/Gamemodes Mid Game (SERVER)

Hello. I been searching all over the place on how I can change the weapons or the gamemode on my dedicated server, the option to either change weapon sets or game modes is not listed in the sm_admin panel. Is there a plugin i need to get these to work properly? I do remember when I was a admin on WNx servers years ago that those options when in the admin panel. I even checked the AlliedModders website and came up with nothing. If anyone has a solution to this problem I will be eternally grateful :). Thanks a bunch!

I believe it's our custom plugin, but I'm trying to get it updated now since it still shows gamemodes no longer exist and won't show the new ones either.

This is the old (pretty badly coded) one on Spectrum server I've bandaged over the years. Could probably fix it up or just post the brokenness of it and you can fix it up.
