Title: What is "CreateFragmentsFromFile" - console error

Hi there,

"CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'downloads/680f4e7f.dat' doesn't exist.

I receive this error in the server log, What is it and how to fix it?
The file name changes, so it isn't just that file.

The stuff that goes into the downloads folder are usually custom sprays.

Not sure how or why this causes error messages for your server.
Maybe some ppl that have custom sprays somehow fail to submit them to the server or other clients.
