Title: Happy 20th Anniversary Goldeneye
Post by: Rick Astley on November 18, 2015, 01:31:24 am
Might be a tiny bit too late but today (or yesterday) marks The 20th Annivesary of Goldeneye the film
it still is one of my favourite bond films and my original VHS cassette is really worn out from me rewatching it all the time in my youth

Does anyone have any good memories of the film and what it meant to you?

Similar to your VHS, my GoldenEye DVD is all worn out from sitting on my desk for so many years ^_^

Oh wow. That crept up fast!

For me it was definitely playing the N64 game to death and THEN watching the film for the first time when it was on free to air lol "there's the loo scene from Facility!!"

I remember even as a kid being blown away by how detailed the levels were for their time. I really like the soundtrack to the film too, it's got a nice raw feel to it from an era when electronic music was breaking in.
