Title: Anyone Seen Spectre? *Spoilers*

Hey i was wondering what everyone thought of Spectre?

Personally i felt it was good though i think the shoehorning of Continuity and pacing issues stopped it from being a great bond film
so yeah its good but not great 7.5/10

Ranking would go:
Casino Royale
Skyfall
Spectre









Qantum of Solace


What are your thoughts?

I think Skyfall is without a doubt one of my favorite bond films. It incorporated so many designs, references, and that bond "feel" that paid homage to the original Connery films. Spectre however was a step backwards... Sam Mendes is a great director, and with him at the helm of this movie gave me hopes that this would rank up near Skyfall. I feel as if the movie had potential but needed some more rewrites on the script than of the story itself.

I agree with you that this movie deserved a 7.5/10 rating.

This is just my opinion.

Having not paid any attention to trailers (it is a good thing to start doing, I know nothing for Star Wars other then a couple screen grabs on imgur)

I was pleased and disappointed at the same time.

The shitty use of the DB10, the left overs Bond leaves behind makes it possible for a RPG game.. *you found a Ejector Seat Parachute*

As I didn't know who the villain was going to be (other than SPECTRE) seeing Blofeld's cat was the giddy highlight.  And as it is more of an origin story I get it.  Waste of Christoph Waltz unless they will give him his own villain movie.

The Mr. White tie-in from Casion was good, but the rest of the series being forced upon you really had a bad vibe.  "I am the reason all your hoes died"  lame

The action was good.. not super predicable.

I am leaning more around 7/10.

Wish I never saw it. Such a bad bond movie. Moonraker is way better and I hate moonraker!
