Hi, a long time ago I found this website with all this interesting behind the scenes James Bond stuff, and they had this one particular article that compared all of the Sean Connery films (6+1 unofficial) with all of the Roger Moore films (7) and how much they were alike, for example how Dr. No compared with Live and Let die, From Russia With love compared with Man With The Golden Gun, etc. It was really interesting and I haven't been able to find it. If anyone knows what I'm talking about or cares to take a look, please do. I remember the page being in mostly plain text.
The site also had an article about james bond and the cold war and there was a lot of goldeneye mentioned in it.

But I read the article, and I wasn't too thrilled. It's neat, but not very entertaining.

let me beat lofi to it:
HE IS SERIOUS.
but i think its wild, not only are there delibrate script/movie/imagery connections but also the production values and the controversies that took place at the parralel connery and moore films.

that was really interesting. bar the last film comparison which seemed totally random, those comparisons were really good.
