Title: Why Bond isn't wearing a tux?

I like the Bond model, but I was asking myself: "Why isn't he wearing a tux?".

I mean in the original N64 game, the standard multiplayer model of Bond weared a tux...

Is there some sort of legal issue?

i always thought of this too maybe they went with a suit because there could be more variable bonds (Black,brown and blue suit)
?

even though a tuxedo looks better...would defintely suit the casino map
