Title: Recent gore-ish events in the world

What do you guys think about all those recent gory events we've been hearing about?
A Miami resident that eats the face of someone, A man that stabs himself then throws his own intestines at the police, A Maryland guy that kills and eats the heart and a part of the brain of his roommate, And another crazy guy from Toronto that kills someone, Sending his foot to the Conservative party and doing the "act" with the body... All this in about ten days.
Seriously, What the hell? I'm feeling quite insecure, Even scared, To be honest.
We live in a pretty fucked up world.

It has always been this way. You're just paying more attention than usual.

This is what happens when a species of animal evolve to a level of intelligence that allows them to construct a complicated technological civilization and a level of conscious perception capable of facilitating an ignorant mentality in which information and perception become entirely subjective to the individual.

If society was interested in solving problems it would have solved them by now. As it turns out it's interested in causing them and not giving two shits about the consequences.

I remember hearing about the incident in Miami alright but not the other 3. Such horrific and senseless acts of violence. It really makes you wonder what's the world coming to, doesn't it?

What are you expecting? World ends on December 21st 2012.

Seriously i don't belive it will, but since this is hovering in all our minds we might be at least pay more attention to things that could be signs for a nearing end.
