Well on the positive side note, it seems they are hiring (http://38studios.com/jobs-at-38). I do advise the site developer to update the website and remove that page, but wait i guess he was fired as well! :-(

Musta been a shitty game studio anyway. It looks like EA fucked them (and the government) hard. This is exactly why the government has absolutely no business giving out loans to businesses. THAT'S WHAT A FUCKING BANK IS FOR!

i dont get any of this shit why did the fucking government gave such a massive loan in the first place. Did they check the companies history if they paid back loans to the borrowers? Also your right, thats why banks exist! I rather have a bank get fucked, then an entire state getting sodomized!

Well expect it to continue because Obama gives out illegal loans all the time under his bullshit policies. The Department of Energy is the worst offender. Check up on how much money they have given for solar energy with naught to show for it (Solindra was just the tip of the ice berg).
