Title: Why are Perfect Dark maps in Goldeneye Source
Post by: terps4life90 on October 15, 2011, 01:52:47 am
I have always wonder why a few perfect dark maps are in goldeneye source. Really I mean i though this was goldeneye...dont get me wrong, i loved perfect dark for the n64. It's that it feels so out of place and really doesnt make sense.

Why are Resident Evil maps in Left 4 Dead? Why are <popular game>'s maps in Counter-Strike? Because they're fun maps everybody wants to play. How does that not make sense?

- Perfect Dark was a spiritual successor to GoldenEye.

- There was a Perfect Dark: Source mod, which is where these maps are from.

- That mod died a long time ago, so they live on in GE:S as third-party maps.
