I'm trying to run my own server and I tried reading and searching for the answer, I guess I'm just lost.
When I run my batch file, I get the following in the CMD
250.0 fps 0/11 on map ge_cradle

I'm guessing that it isn't up all the way yet because I thought it would launch the game after that and it doesn't and my friend can't find it on the server list. Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Do you have the proper ports open? I'd open 2700-27020.

Opened them up in the router.
Still the same situation, quick question.. What is supposed to happen when I click run bat file btw? Should there be more text? Should GES open? Thanks again for the input already!

when .bat runs it will just open a new cmd window, nothing else.
