Im here hungry and thirsty. Ramadan started today and we eat at 8pm. So yesterday I had burgers and stayed up late and around 3:45am ramadan started. Now its like 536pm and have to wait till 815pm. Try to not eat and drink from 345am to 815pm. Its tough especially during the summers.

"Muslims for the month of Ramadan are required to fast, going without food or drink from sunrise to sunset. There are an estimated 7 million Muslims living in the United States that come from a wide mix of ethnic backgrounds including African Americans, South and East Asians, Arabs and East Africans."

What are you guys eating today? I stopped eating pasta, i got tired of it. I have no idea what to make.

Today I have had chicken for breakfast, ham sandwiches for lunch, plus a few chocolate chip cookies, and at this exact moment, pizza with hamburger and pepperoni.

-
BBQ Pork Spare Ribs.... guess I am going to hell for eating pork on Ramadan.

-
Three cheese chicken penne for lunch. Dinner might be rigatonis. I'm a pasta/Italian guy.

-
Lemon Sole with roasted on the vine tomatoes, green olives, new potatoes and broccoli. Oh yes.

-
This week I have been mostly eating animals and plants.

I'm on a strict diet - nothing inorganic.

I am surprised you even started this topic. I thought you wouldn't want to think about food or is this to test your strength.

I have quite a few Muslim friends, so I have an understanding what it is about. :)

 Ramadan Kareem!

^ This, lol. I'll probably have some beef and spuds for dinner and I might make a pizza in the evening.

 HAHA, oh yeah.

I had grilled lemon pepper chicken for supper. I had some vanilla yogurt earlier with some granola mixed in. Can't get enough of that yogurt.

Right now, I'm "ingesting" some music. Tycho (one of my favorite artists) released a new track today so I've been listening to that.

Breakfast was cheerios and yogurt + granola. Lunch was a grilled chicken sandwich, which I added a corn on the cob on the grill for the hell of it since it was right there. Random junk snacks throughout and I'm going to make 2 hotdog-sized smoked sausages in about 1/2 hour (late dinner, 9pm).

haha you and I seem to share identical eating habits...
-
Macaroni and cheese, hotdogs, steaks, hamburgers, and some chicken :).

-
About to be 2 fried eggs over easy, cut up over a slice of toast, with a glass or orange juice. I have this about every day for breakfast.

-
I was excited to bring a glass of cheese dip back to my room, only to find out that I have a scarce amount of chips. I dumped the remains of the bag of lays into the glass of cheese in an effort to make a potato/cheese soup. And that it was.
