I downloaded it... their release cycle is even slower than ours!
Anyway, I am super pissed off that they completely fucked their tab grouping... you can only have one group displayed at a time, are forced to go into a retarded and unhelpful "panorama" view of all your tabs to switch groups, and you can't easily drag/drop tabs between groups...
The UI is half-baked, the firefox button in the top left is not the same height as the tabs...
Overall I don't like it. It still seems sluggish and it doesn't have any additional options in the "options" menu even though we have 10 new UI components.
If Opera 11 didn't have such a nasty bug with AJAX content I would have dropped FF a long time ago.
Thoughts?

I dropped firefox a long time ago in favour of Opera. Since then ive migrated all my machines to Chrome because of bugs or website incompatibilities or whatever. I still prefer Opera i think for some of its useful tools but Chrome is slick and never lets me down.
Based on your testimony, I dont think ill be trying FF4

Been using Chrome since basically it was announced, and haven't looked back. I keep Firefox, along with all other browsers installed just for sake of having them there.
I run the Chrome nightly build, it might have a minor bug for a day or two, but good having all the new features soon as they pop up.
Little trick in Chrome, if you goto "about:flags" in the address bar, you can enable/disable experimental features.
I guess I got a free laptop out of my Chrome dedication haha(even though I wiped ChromeOS off and overwrote with Ubuntu, sorry Google).
I also HIGHLY suggest, setting tabs on bottom of address bar, makes it way more bearable.

(also thanks Fraps, for benchmarking my browser. That's another annoying bug)

What a strange bug...
On my side, I've been using Chrome for long enough, Typing 'fo' then pressing enter to get on GE:S forums has never been easier.
I used to use Firefox, It was good for plugins, But I thought the load times we're slightly longer than Chrome. I have not tried any other browsers so far since Chrome fits me just fine.
Not using many plugins, I find no use of changing browser.

It's not a bug. FF4 uses hardware acceleration to draw, fraps latches onto that and draws the FPS. You'd have the same "bug" in IE9.
Chrome doesn't use hardware acceleration yet.

I use FireFox 3. Best browser IMO, suits me perfectly. I guess FF4 just came out? I remember 2 and 3 were buggy when the came out... give it a month.

There are people still using Firefox?  I thought everyone would've let Google fix their computer's internet by now.

Ok I just downloaded Chrome (and am posting this in Chrome). I am sold.

Same here. The ease of use and speed more than made up for its lack of add-ons at the time n' such.

The only thing I use Firefox for is the StumbleUpon Toolbar, because the Chrome one is ****. About the download Firefox 4 now.

Love firefox, but yea this FF4 is a slow compared to Chrome. I use the Chrome Beta, SUPER fast.
The main reason I use Firefox are the addons. No other browser has so many cool addons.
I will prob stick with Chrome though

Yeah, love Chrome, been using it for a while now.

Same, I've been using FF 2.x/3.x forever now, I was on chrome for a while but I love all the addons FF offers. Though I do recognize that if I weren't on a quad core FF would be super fricken slow (it used to take several minutes to load on my ancient laptop until I switched it to Ubuntu).

Chrome crashes on me with downloads. Therefore what the fuck is the point lol
It honestly crashes all the time with downloads over 500mb (ie. stuff that takes more than 15 mins)
Therefore FF still gets my download preference.

I'm quite happy with FF4, except it freezes a bit when I try to open a download from there.

Firefox feels like a shallow version of Opera now. I like some of the changes compared to what FF3 had, but it doesn't go far enough. Until googlepedia gets updated to work properly with FF4, it has no real advantages in terms of addons and the rest of the browser just doesn't hold up. I'll be sticking with Opera even if there are a few problems with 11.01.
