There seems to be a weapon spawn on the far side of the map past the blockades and such. While obviously not a big issue normally, in Live and Let Die if the golden gun spawns there it creates an unwinnable situation for everyone but the Baron.
(My apologies if you guys know about this one already)

As the Golden Gun spawned there? There are limitations on where Token-class items may spawn.

I think Archives Frontzone wasn't even supposed to be included in last release, at least not in it's current state.

I thought it just picked a random weaponspawn? So if there's one outside of the playable map it spawns there? There was a similar problem in Aztec I know and I seem to recall Basement as well having a weapon spawn outside the map.

The golden gun seeks weapon spawns that are marked "special" and weapon slot 7 weapon spawns.
Gameplay tokens seek token spawn entities, and if failing to find any, fall back to weapon and Armor spawns.
Capture points seek player spawns.

Yes, the Golden Gun spawned there.
I thought the golden gun spawn was random in LaLD also, at least it always seemed that way to me. Unlike in MWGG where it does only show up in the slot 7 spawn.

If no weapon is marked as special then all weapon spawns are candidate for the Golden Gun. Which is random.

I faintly remember one test run where someone on voice said that the AuG was out of bounds. Maybe that weapon spawn was flagged inappropriately and escaped correction.
