Have no idea about the first image, also I don't recognize the Temple and Bunker screenshots, I haven't seen these versions of these maps before, were they from the early days?

Very first image is from Half-Life 2: Lost Coast for whatever reason. The gameplay screenshots are from the Alpha version of the mod, and the rest are ancient screenshots from the beta 1.x era.
