Well after spending about an hour in the pre-alpha release I must say it is very much a pre-alpha release. LOL.

From a developers stand point, AMAZING! I love the work they are doing and it ran pretty damn smooth for having almost no optimizations yet. They left a lot of the programmers tools in (much like what I do in GES) to tinker with the internal settings, spawn stuff, and test out the features. The destructible asteroids reminds me a lot of Red Faction. There is a really neat commercial side to the game in mining for ore that looks like it will be a nice way to "buy" weapons and upgrades for the missions.

From a gamers stand point, WORTHLESS! There is no single or multi player yet. Its pretty much a sandbox for the programmers.

I can't wait to see where they take this, it has so much potential. The music is amazing and fitting. The weapons look meh, need some nades and special effects.

I agree with all that. Sandbox for now, except instead of grains of sand, they're colossal asteroids that you can blow apart with cannons.

Also: In later releases, this game will likely be cross-platform with Xbox. I'm unbeleivable stoked.
