So I started up Goldeneye: Source, and I started a server, and it loaded, but before the game started, I got this message:

Are you sure you're using an official version of the Steam client with a (purchased) source game and installed Source SDK base 2007?
If not, that's your issue.

I'm pretty sure that you're running on a pirated Source engine, since it's referencing the Steam beta, and mentioning crap about CD keys. If it was legit, then it would be giving you the standard Steam connection error messages. Regardless, if you seriously purchased it, ask the official Valve support email how to fix your problem as it's beyond the scope of our mod.

I go to launch an offline game with bots and it say's "CD AUTHENTICATE INVALID FOR INTERNET SERVERS" How do i go about fixing this? Kind of an ironic error to....not even playing online.
