Title: I downloaded, but it's not on steam...

So, I have the Source SDK, and I just downloaded the Beta 4.exe, but it doesn't show up on Steam.
What else do I have to do?

You need to open the .exe, it is an installer and will install the mod on your computer. Once the installation is complete you must restart Steam for the mod to appear in your games list.

To open the exe, do I just click it on the downloads menu on my computer?

If it's there, you should be able to right click it and click 'open'.

Yeah, just double click the .exe in your downloads folder/list, hit next repeatedly until it installs, then restart Steam after it copies all the files to your Sourcemods folder and it should be in your games list.
