While i think its good in a marketing sense for artists to be on there. Myspace is definitely less meaningful for unsigned people than even in 2006 when the music industry didnt own the music section of it. When "features" were always coming up for unknown artists of all genres on its frontpage. Now the music industry pretty much shares control of the whole thing and divides attention not by who is making amazing and explodingly popular music among myspace users, but by who is putting the most money into marketing their latest albums no matter how little attention users pay to it prior to its featuring.

Tom got rich, music got shafted.

Yeah Wake I agree. I just created that account so people can find me everywhere and in the sake of completeness. I do not expect much of it. Although I have to say it`s a good way to get in touch with other artists and get opinions. I have written an email to David Arnold few hours ago if he can evaluate some of my songs and as I know him he will answer :)

Wow thats the FIRST and I do mean FIRST myspace page that doesn't make my eyes bleed and my CPU to shoot to 100% when I scroll..
