Title: [BUG] The 3rd floor body armor in archives can be grabbed from the 2nd floor

You need to duck jump while on the railing:

*edit* No need to use the railing. Just duck jump while standing under it.

Dont you just love the Source engine.  Can charge self up on dm_lockdown though the floor.
That engine on the truck is annoying as heck.
