Title: Nintendo DSi XL thoughts?

I think its too big. I mean, can that fit behind my jean pocket? My psp fits ok.

I assume the hardware is the same. They didnt put WPA/WPA2, so that I cant surf the web with wpa encryption. Also with that big screen, the resolution will suck a little.

Whats your take on the DSi XL? You think Nintendo rolled another stupid design? I cant imagine the anger to the current dsi users.

It's a big DSi...
...You losing your grip again, Nintendo? Why?

I don't think current DSi owners are going to be too upset considering that you can't fit the thing in your pocket. If you have no intention of carrying it around with you, then it's fine, but that's not going to be the majority. "Mini netbook" comes to my mind.

Not-so-portable portable system. Hmm....... The V word- No. Let's not even compare that.

The DSi XL is a DS version for old ppl who got issues reading things on the small DS/DSi display.
Considdering there are many games which are also played by these ppl (e.g. Dr. Kawashima), it's not the worst idea to make a DS which suits the needs of this group, too.

The only thing that went wrong IMO, is the advertising for the XL.
