The Homepage in the GoldenEye: Source (Beta 4) - Properties window under the General tab is populated as:

<http://www.goldeneyesource.net>

Shouldn't it be:

<http://www.moddb.com/mods/goldeneye-source>?

However, it is possible that this was intended and correct as the URL does redirect the user to <http://www.moddb.com/mods/goldeneye-source>.

No.

www.goldeneyesource.net is the website. It's currently undergoing an overhaul so at the moment it redirects to the moddb page.
