Every time I play gungame it ends with a draw at 0 kills 0 deaths for everyone, I have yet to see anyone actually win it
Also there seems to be an animation glitch where say Im trying to kill number 2 here he is facing away from me while I shoot at him

and then suddenly he kills me even though it still looks like he's not even facing my direction.
Additional: Number 2 was walking backwards when this happened.

Play on servers that are updated to 4.0.2, gungame bug is fixed. Do you know what server you were on with the bugged GG? so we can notify them to update.
and my best guess for second part would be just server based lag.

I don't think it was lag, it's happened before in beta 3 but its less prevalent now in beta 4 because of the new animations (I think)
it usually occurs in close quarters when the person your trying to kill is hopping around trying to dodge your shot.
Additional:
I was looking around for that server with the glitched GG and I came across a weird spawning bug on this server that was playing egyptian
89.238.160.149:27017 with 14/16 people on it
As soon as you walk by a spawn point a bad guy can spawn right behind you and get the drop on you.
Sometimes it happens even if two of your teammates are occupying that area. The bad guy can even randomly spawn right in front of you giving him no chance to respond.
Is this another case of someone not having the most up to date server or is this a new bug?

Shouldn't they spawn on a set side of the map during a team deathmatch like that?

Team deathmatch doesn't use team spawn points. Tournament deathmatch does as detailed in the Scenario Summary report:

The point is deathmatch is meant to be chaotic.
