In another topic it was said that the mod Black Mesa might end up having a shitty first release because they have yet to release a beta for the comunity to judge and beta test, and since it was delayed past 2009, people were hoping for a Christmas media release, but they have been sneaky with releasing media.
On their new Wiki, the developers have been slowly releasing some new screens shots. Some of the new images can be seen on the following pages:
Controller (http://wiki.blackmesasource.com/index.php/Controller)
Alien Grunt (http://wiki.blackmesasource.com/index.php/Alien_Grunt)
Zombie (http://wiki.blackmesasource.com/index.php/Zombie)
Scientist (http://wiki.blackmesasource.com/index.php/Scientist)
Security Guard (http://wiki.blackmesasource.com/index.php/Security_Guard)
There has also been several alpha videos posted on their Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/blackmesasourcemedia?blend=1&ob=4) channel.

I still wouldn't mind a proper media release for christmas :P

Awesome, thanks for sharing, I hadn't seen some of these covert medias.
There was a leaked test screenshot of Xen somewhere, I'll try and hunt that down since not many people saw it. It was confirmed to be from the mod by one of the developers on the forums but stated that it was just a test for materials.

Tried to track that image down with no luck.. The thread it was in was deleted from their forums and the image was taken off Combine Overwiki, where it was originally leaked.  :-\

Nope. Unless it's just something small. They're aiming to finish it early 2010 at this point.
